Spiritual Formation

Everyone is called to grow continually in intimate union with Jesus Christ, in conformity to the Father’s will, in devotion to others in charity and justice. -- Blessed John Paul II, Christyfidelis Laici

Retreats – A retreat is time spent away from your ordinary occupations, to reflect on how you live your faith. Meditations are given by a priest on the central themes of the Catholic faith. These are also times for private prayer and examination of conscience, and devotions such as the Stations of the Cross and the Rosary. Holy Mass is celebrated daily. Prayer and reflection in this retreat are facilitated with an atmosphere of silence.

Monthly Recollections – An afternoon of recollection is a time for personal prayer and reflection. The activities include the Rosary, meditation and Benediction with the Blessed Sacrament.
Every 1st Saturday of the month, 3.00 – 6.00 pm

Catholic Doctrine Classes / Catechesis – An opportunity for you to deepen in your knowledge and understanding of the Catholic faith and its application in today’s society.

Meditations – half an hour of guided prayer, directed by the Chaplain.
Every Saturday, 4.45 -5.15 pm

Sacrament of Penance – the Chaplain is available to hear confessions and give spiritual direction on Saturday afternoons.
